我司在約定時間到貴司庫房或指定地點提貨后，應立即根據托運單要求的運輸時限，配載相應時間的運輸工具，以滿足貴司的運輸要求；
我司會在貴司業務咨詢后的0.5個小時內通過Email和電話確認回復到貴司業務責任人，確定能否滿足貴司物流業務的全部要求及其建議的最佳解決方案。
如果我司能夠滿足貴司提出的物流業務的全部要求，我司會在確認回復的同時把可能產生的雙方協議價格以外的費用通過Email和電話通報到貴司業務責任人。
如果我司不能滿足貴司物流業務的全部要求，我司會在確認回復的同時把不能滿足貴司要求的詳細原因及其盡量建議可行的解決方案通過Email和電話通報到貴司業務責任人。

After we pick up the goods in your warehouse or designated place at the appointed time, we should immediately allocate the corresponding time means of transportation according to the transportation time limit required by the consignment note, so as to meet your transportation requirements;
Our company will reply to the person in charge of your company's business by email and telephone confirmation within 0.5 hours after your company's business consultation, so as to determine whether all the requirements of your company's logistics business can be met and the best solution proposed.
If our company can meet all the requirements of the logistics business proposed by your company, we will confirm the reply and inform the person in charge of your company's business of the possible expenses beyond the agreed price through email and telephone.
If our company can't meet all the requirements of your company's logistics business, we will confirm the reply and inform the person in charge of your company's business of the detailed reasons why we can't meet your company's requirements and the feasible solutions as far as possible through email and telephone.
