辦理貴司貨物的出運手續時，如果發生了任何不正常的情況，我司會在第一時間通過Email和電話通報到貴司業務責任人。
當貴司的貨物不能按照預定計劃從起運地出運時，我司會在第一時間通過Email和電話通報到貴司業務責任人，同時立即采取積極有效的補救措施。在得到貴司業務責任人的處理意見后按依據執行。
把貴司貨物送達貴司指定收貨人之前，如果我司預見將不能按時按地送達貨物，我司會向貴司業務責任人通過Email和電話通報貨物的即時狀態和不能按時按地送達的具體原因，同時采取積極有效的補救措施。
我司會在每天上午10點以前將前一天的提貨、發運、派送等信息、并在每天下午5點以前將當天的提貨、發運、派送等信息，通過Email和電話通報到貴司業務責任人。
當貴司向我司咨詢在途貨物的運輸狀態時，我司會立即通過Email和電話把該貨物的即時狀態回復到貴司業務責任人。
貴司也可登錄我司網站查詢所發運貨物的即時狀態。

Before the delivery of your goods to your designated consignee, if we foresee that we will not be able to deliver the goods on time and place, we will inform the business responsible person of your company of the immediate status of the goods and the specific reasons for the failure to deliver the goods on time and place through email and telephone, and take active and effective remedial measures.
Our company will send the information of picking up, shipping and delivery of the previous day before 10 a.m. every day, and the information of picking up, shipping and delivery of the same day before 5 p.m. every day to the business person in charge of your company through email and telephone.
When your company inquires about the transportation status of the goods in transit, our company will immediately reply the immediate status of the goods to the person in charge of your company's business via email and telephone.
